We want to give everyone an equal chance to enjoy the sport course regardless of what discipline or section of the park they want to use. That’s why we need to regulate the amount of visitors so that everyone has a great and safe experience. This way, we can also easily regulate the unpredictable corona regulations for indoor sport. You can enjoy a drink and chill out in our cafe even when your timeslot expires.
Due to the safety reasons, every visitor riding the sports course of Area 51 has to agree with the general terms and conditions upon arrival. This would not be possible when buying multiple tickets under one name.
Yes. As of the November 6th, everyone above 18 years old entering Area 51 has to present the valid Corona pass at the front office. Mouth mask is not required indoors. We also kindly ask all visitors to stick to basic rules (keep 1.5-meter distance, don’t shake hands, sneeze in your elbow, stay home if you are unwell).
You can arrive without the ticket but you still need to buy it online, through our ticket system. Because of this, we recommend buying a ticket online before arriving, so that you don’t need to wait in the queue.
At the moment, the day ticket option is not available. The day ticket will be available very soon, together with the subscription option and adjusted prices for time slots.
Cancellation or rebooking is not possible with tickets once purchased.
All sections of the park are available to all the riders regardless of the discipline. We offer mixed riding and ask everyone to respect other disciplines.
Not yet. Very soon we will release a subscription option and a day ticket option together with adjusted prices for the time slots.
Yes you can! We offer skateboards, bikes and scooters for rent as well as pads, helmets and wrist and knee protections.

We are open:
Beware; special opening times can be applied during the national holidays.
There is no free parking on Strijp-S but there are several paid parking spaces around the building.
Our address is Ketelhuisplein 18, 5617AE, Eindhoven.
Next to the sports course for skateboarding, BMX, WCMX, stunt scootering and blading, Area 51 will also offer freerunning and tricking gym and host 2 different dance schools. Have a look at our spaces here.
Only nice dogs on the leash are allowed in the cafe. 🙂
Parents, guardians and other visitors can watch the sports course from the cafe, where the view is the best. To enter the course, you have to cross the gate by scanning a valid ticket. Visitors without the ticket with QR code are not allowed behind the park gates.

Please send an email including information about: number of participants, age of the participants, t-shirt size of the birthday person, time and date, your preference on with or without the teacher and discipline (BMX, Skateboarding, Stunt scootering, Inline Skating). If you are only coming to watch and not ride to course, you don’t need to buy a ticket.
The Academy 51 course year consists of 4 blocks, each 10 weeks long. The blocks are designed with holidays in mind and at the end of each course, a fun activity is planned for the whole class. Every 10 weeks, a new block starts and a specific number of spots in the class opens up. The price of the course (10 lessons) is €125 excluding the sign in cost and the price of the passport. Because we want our classes to be fun while teaching in a consistent manner and at a high quality, our classes use the Skateboarding, BMX and Stunt Step Passports as a baseline.
At the moment we offer BMX, skateboarding and scootering classes for kids and adults.
As a rule of a thumb, the age limit is 6 years old for skateboarding and stunt scootering and 7 years old for BMX. Is your kid younger and very enthusiastic? You can always come for a try out class. After the class, the teacher will decide if there is a good fit between the newbee and the group.
Yes you can! Send us an email in which you state: the discipline, age and your level to office@area51eindhoven and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
