Area51 is de perfecte plek voor een kinderfeestje. Een uur lang krijgen de kids een workshop op een skateboard, BMX of stuntstep. Plezier gegarandeerd en een leuke kennismaking met urban sports. Achteraf krijgen ze chips en een drankje naar keuze in ons café en de jarige krijgt een shirt en een klein cadeautje. Je betaalt minimaal €150 voor 10 kinderen. Mocht je met meer willen komen betaal je €15 extra per kind.

All sections of the park are available to all the riders regardless of the discipline. We offer mixed riding and encourage everyone to respect other disciplines.
Yes! You can buy a ticket at the front office desk but we recommend buying a ticket online before arriving, so that you don’t need to wait in the queue.
We want to give everyone an equal chance to enjoy the sport course regardless of what discipline or section of the park they want to use. That’s why we need to regulate the amount of visitors so that everyone has a great and safe experience. This way, we can also easily regulate the unpredictable corona regulations for indoor sport. You can enjoy a drink and chill out in our cafe even when your timeslot expires.
In case you are coming from far away or just want to spend a full day at Area 51, we offer a day ticket which combines both time slots available on that day.

Cancellation or rebooking is not possible with tickets once purchased.
Yes you can! We offer skateboards, bikes and scooters for rent as well as pads, helmets and wrist and knee protections.
A helmet is mandatory for visitors up to the age of 16 and other protection is advised. You can rent the helmet and other protection in our shop.

There is no free parking on Strijp-S but there are several paid parking spaces around the building.

Next to the sports course for skateboarding, BMX, WCMX, stunt scootering and blading, Area 51 also offers freerunning and tricking gym and hosts 2 different dance schools. Have a look at our spaces here.
Only the nice dogs on the leash are allowed in the cafe.
Parents, guardians and other visitors can watch the sports course from the cafe as the view on the course is the best from there and the valid QR code is required to enter the sports course. Visitors without the ticket with QR code are not allowed behind the park gates.
We have female and male changing rooms and showers that are only available for specific purposes such as school workshops and other big group activities.
Yes! We have an elevator connecting all floors as well as barrier-free access to all rooms and toilets designed for less mobile users.
The Academy 51 course schedule consists of 4 blocks, each 10 weeks long. The blocks are designed with holidays in mind and at the end of each course, a fun activity is planned for the whole class. Every 10 weeks, a new course starts and a specific number of spots in the class opens up. You can sign up and purchase the course online. The price of the course (10 lessons) is €150 excluding the sign in cost and the price of the passport. Because we want our classes to be fun while teaching in a consistent manner and at a high quality, our classes use the Skateboarding, BMX and Stunt Step Passports as a baseline.

As a rule of a thumb, the age limit is 6 years old for skateboarding and stunt scootering and 7 years old for BMX. Is your kid younger and very enthusiastic? You can always come for a try out class. After the class, the teacher will decide if there is a good fit between the newbee and the group.
Yes you can! Check out the class schedule here and pick a class that suits your age and your level. If you see this class has a free spot and is not full, you can just fill out the sign up form and come for the try out class.

Yes you can! Our kids parties are for the group of 10 kids from the age of 6 and cost €150. For every participant above 10 there is an extra cost of €15. The party consists of a 60 minute workshop in the discipline BMX, skateboarding or stunt scootering after which the group can celebrate in an upstairs cafe with soda of their choice and chips. Drinks, chips and a special T-shirt for the b-day kid are included in the price.
